Remote Healthcare Representative (MUST LIVE LOCAL TO DENVER AREA)

****Remote position- You must live within 2 hour of 17901 E. Lowry Blvd. Denver, CO 80230

Compensation
During Training: $21.63/hr.
After Training: $22.66/hr.

Training/Working Schedule:

• CURRENT: HOURS OF OPERATION: HOURS OF OPERATION: 7AM - 7:30PM MT – Monday through Saturdays (Saturdays are required)(Weekend Avail is Required-schedule is subject to change based upon need) ie. MUST BE OPEN TO BELOW HOURS:

• ***Mon-Fri Hours Vary between 7am-9pm and Sat and Sun 8am-7pm (must be flexible able to work schedule between these hours)

• Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!

What you will be doing:

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
• Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
• Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics
• Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology

Requirements:

• 6 months+ Call Center Experience (2+yrs Customer Service Experience)
• Pass Required Assessment
• Able to work flexible/required hours of operation/work schedule
• Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required
