Job Description

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst to support a Higher Education client in the Columbus, OH area for a 16 week project. The Compensation Analyst will perform market research and conduct salary surveys, review and analyze the data, and come up with suggested changes to the organizations existing salary structure, bonus structure, and pay bands. This role will also entail building and presenting the findings to various stakeholders.. Onsite presence in Columbus is preferred, however standout 100% remote candidates will also be considered.

-5+ years of Compensation Analysis experience

-Experience performing Market Research and Salary Surveys

-Excellent data analysis and MS Excel skills

-Strong communications and teaming skills

-Experience building executive level presentations
