Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project start-up in conjunction with Project and Safety Managers
• Order or requisition materials, supplies, tools, and schedules equipment.
• Conduct daily meetings and tool-box talks with sub-contractors.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of field personnel and sub-contractors.
• Monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct deficiencies.
• Communicate with project owner and Project Manager.
• Routinely inspects work progress, equipment, and project site to maintain compliance with demolition specifications and company quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and ensure all equipment, vehicles, and machinery is operating properly and safely, arrange for repairs and/or replacements, as necessary.
• Train field personnel in demolition methods, operation of equipment, and safety procedures.
• Review and submit all time sheets.
• Regular and reliable attendance at work
• Other duties as assigned by Renascent management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Superintendent and demolition experience
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred
