Job Description
LHH is supporting our client in their search for a Client Support Coordinator to join their team in Columbus, OH. This position will support the staff in assisting with new account setup, making appropriate requested changes, getting update documentation, etc. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services specifically wealth management. Strong attention to detail, able to multi task and positive attitude will be key factors in the success of this role. There will be communication via phone and email so strong communication is required. This is a direct hire opportunity and will offer a collaborative work environment!
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming emails and calls from clients
Assisting with new account setup
Following up for updated documentation and completed forms
Assist with the transfer of accounts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in financial services preferred
At least 2 years of account support experience
Strong communication both written and verbal
Organized and detail oriented
Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
