We are offering an opportunity in the Energy/Natural Resources industry located in Midland, Texas, for an Administrative Assistant role. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in managing office operations, supporting various teams, and overseeing correspondence. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from managing office supplies and coordinating inbound and outbound correspondence to assisting with filing and organizing office meetings.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of the front desk, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all mail is received and sorted, and outgoing mail is dispatched timely
• Oversee office supplies, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks such as copying and filing
• Promote adherence to company policies and procedures
• Oversee the cleanliness of the office space
• Assist the Land Department with tasks such as scanning documents, assisting with physical and electronic filing, and completing Lease Purchase Forms
• Handle invoice coding and ensure accurate records are maintained
• Answer phones, manage conference room reservations, and assist with other administrative functions as needed
• Utilize various software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various tasks
• Perform receptionist duties, assist visitors, and maintain office supplies
• Perform data entry duties and manage email correspondence.• Minimum of one year experience in an Administrative Assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with answering inbound and outbound calls
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the Energy/Natural Resources industry
• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
• Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting visitors
• Ability to maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Experience with scanning and coding invoices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
