About this job
Hello, I have 4 children. One drives and is very self sufficient at 17. The role is really 12-9 Monday-Friday (earlier on Friday more 5 pm). Driving, preparing dinner, light housework and laundry. Picking up kids, driving to sports, making sure homework gets done; helping 6 and 11-year-old with bedtime. Parents both work. Between 12-3 it would just be alone at house prepping dinner and doing laundry. Then picking up kids and helping run them to sports. Etc. schedule varies each day a bit, but one parent is always home, if not both, for dinner. They need help with driving in evenings (hence the 12-9 time). And bedtime etc.
