JOB SUMMARY

Provides personalized, exceptional guest service ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver’s® leaves happy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
  2. Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently.
  3. Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
  4. Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct of team members and all other policies consistently.
  5. Promises to maintain and protect a positive, team-oriented, family - friendly work environment for all.
  6. Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request accurately.
  7. Always follows company safety standards and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.
  8. Demonstrates proper food safety practices by accurately completing the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
  9. Handles guest comments promptly and courteously.
  10. Performs primary position responsibilities timely and accurately, including but not limited to:
  • Verbally welcoming all guests to Culver’s
  • Taking orders on a headset
  • Answering guests immediately upon pulling up
  • Using a drink station to complete drinks for Drive Thru Guests
  • Operating Window and giving correct change to cash-paying guests
  • Operating a Tablet outside, taking personal drive thru orders accurately
  • Asking appropriate questions to direct and lead the guest through their order, and following each order with “Thank you” or “My pleasure”
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Performs secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately, after the primary duties are accomplished.
  2. Performs back-up support accurately and timely after secondary responsibilities are accomplished.
  3. Assists with odd job responsibilities timely, upon manager on duty (M.O.D.) request.
  4. Answers the telephone courteously and professionally, within three rings.
  5. Prepares quality products while maintaining portion control and presentation within service goal times.
  6. Attends all team member meetings.
