Title of Position:Director of Construction

Job Description: The Director of Construction will work to create and review detailed cost estimates, schedules, bids, and contracts for both new and remodel construction projects. This position will also develop and administer interdisciplinary Gantt charts for each project to ensure accurate and timely completion. We are seeking a highly organized, detailed oriented, self-starter with strong leadership skills, a strong work ethic and exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

The Director of Construction is preferred to have a bachelors degree in construction management or commensurate experience

The Director of Construction position requires advanced knowledge of the principles of construction processes and trades

Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for client satisfaction is a requirement for the Director of Construction

The Director of Construction must have extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations

The Director of Construction must have proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CAD programs
