POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for implementing existing policies, procedures, and systems involving deposits submitted through mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and ATMs. Ensures that daily remote deposit reviews are properly conducted and completed along with other tasks such as placing Reg. CC holds and sending customer notices.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  1. Assumes responsibility for effective and timely performance of assigned functions.
  2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with external customers, internal customers, and vendors.
  3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relations with Bank Associates, Management and Vendors.
  4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

  1. Position duties are performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  2. Customer inquiries are handled in an appropriate manner.
  3. Documents and customer setups are accurate and timely.
  4. Records and reports are correctly prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  5. Good working relations with internal departments. Questions are promptly and courteously resolved. Assistance is provided as needed.
  6. Management is appropriately informed.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.

Required Knowledge: A thorough knowledge of deposit operations and procedures. Basic accounting, and the understanding of Bank philosophy.

Experience Required:

1-3 years banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience

PC computer skills required

Use of Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel

Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Supervisory and training abilities.

Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.

Solid math skills.

Ability to operate related computer software, including Microsoft Office and other programs as well as 10-key, and telephone.


Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM. Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
