Responsibilities

• Work with the agent to establish and meet service goals
• Be the frontline representative that will provide excellent first-impression service
• Answer multiple phone calls competently, and route to respective reps
• Make outbound calls as necessitated
• Take copious notes in customer accounts for proper documentation
• Manage several calendars as appointments are scheduled
• Handling office correspondence
• Tasks as assigned
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
