WELLNESS CENTER Front Desk Representative / Concierge

Deeper Healing Medical Wellness Center is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the smiling face to welcome our wonderful patients. You will greet everyone as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Using electronic medical records is a plus, training is supplied. A wonderful work environment with great wellness perks. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
