Virtual Branch Services Representative
Banking & Financial Services
$18.50-$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Permanent Opportunity
Monday-Friday, 8:00a-6:00p; Saturday 9:00a-1:00p
Gahanna, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
- Handle member inquiries related to loan and deposit services with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist in opening new membership and deposit accounts while addressing any member issues promptly and thoroughly
- Offer additional services to members based on their needs, aiming to enhance their financial well-being
- Support MSRs and lending staff by providing relevant information for sales initiatives and ensuring timely and high-quality member service
- Maintain awareness of sales support and processing activities, providing regular updates to management
- Adhere strictly to policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance in all duties performed
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Credit Union's history, philosophy, policies, and operational procedures
- Pursue continuous improvement through self-directed training and certification programs
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and responding constructively to feedback
Who we’re looking for:
- Prior over-the-phone or platform sales experience preferably in a banking environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must value a high degree of accuracy and speed
- Professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills
