At Massage Heights our mission is to provide quality, convenient, and affordable massage therapy to everyone.
As a Team Member of Massage Heights, it will be your responsibility to bring quality massage therapy to the public through unprecedented Guest service.
We stand above the rest in values, organization, Guest service, and Teamwork.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations with
Manager on Duty when Manager is off duty.
Must be able to cover front desk shifts and work ALL PMs
Reach personal as well as Team goals-MUST BE SALES DRIVEN
Coach Team Members to achieve peak performance
Create a positive Team environment that is passionate about providing Guest service
Exceed set sales quotas
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE MEMBERSHIP SALES AND SPA CULTURE EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa computer software
Minimum 2-5 years of sales and retail management experience
Experience in managing hourly wage employees
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
People-oriented with strong Guest service skills and public relations
Industry knowledge and experience
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
Recommended Pay: $40,000 base salary with commissions and bonus potential
Hours: 40-45+ hours per week, full-time
