Adelphi is seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide clinical oversight and psychological services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges at a Intermediate Care and Skilled Nursing Facility located in Lander, Wyoming. The Psychologist will play a vital part in enhancing the residents overall quality of life and assisting them in reaching their highest level of functioning.

Requirements:
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of Wyoming.
• Experience working as a licensed psychologist, preferably in a clinical or behavioral health setting.
• BCBA Certificate

Responsibilities:
• Offer advice on complex medical cases and serve as the go-to clinical expert for treatment plans. Help create behavior plans.
• Manage tasks like hiring, training, and overseeing program members. Ensure quality and review their performance.
• Provide supervision for licensed clinicians and help staff improve their performance.
• Give direct care to specific cases in the program and guide both individuals and groups in their interventions.
• Ensure each client receives a sophisticated program of active treatment. Provide oversight and provision of all clinical services. Research, develop, and implement research-based best practices that meet the populations specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal psychological services and active treatment regulations. Train staff on survey issues throughout the year. Participate in and carry out Plans of Correction.
• Participate on committees within facility to improve efficiency and efficacy of service delivery and the development of Trauma-Informed Culture and Climate.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
