About the role

The Operations Analyst will fulfill an analytical role in support of Operations and the Operations Excellence teams. The Operations Analyst will provide insight and visibility into operational performance and data needed to advance strategic decision-making in support of a rapid growth organization. Areas of expertise will include identifying performance opportunities, support for process design/redesign efforts and an expectation of providing innovative solutions and recommendations to support Quantum Health’s strategic initiatives. The role will require an intimate understanding of Quantum Health’s operational model and collaboration with all levels of leadership within Operations to support the teams effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Collect, validate, analyze, and organize operational data into meaningful reports for management decision making and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze operational process data, provide analyses and summary recommendations for improvement opportunities in business operations
  • Partner with operations to provide consultancy and translate operational needs into design by developing tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
  • Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
  • Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports for ongoing visibility into essential operational processes
  • Cross-departmental collaboration on organizational initiatives that may impact day-to-day operations
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy pre- and post-implementation reports in support of the Operations Excellence team
  • Analyze impact of continuous improvement initiatives via pre- and post-implementation approach in support of Operations Excellence team
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, related field preferred (Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Information Management Systems, Mathematics)
  • 3+ years of analytics experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in healthcare or employer benefits preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare data
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient with SQL or similar relational databases
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) is required
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and manipulate data into usable, actionable information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Extreme attention to detail ensuring the highest levels of data integrity
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
  • Possesses aptitude for learning new technologies / reporting tools/software
  • Strong problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Protect and take care of our company and member’s data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies.
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
