About this job

Perform Routine Quality Control Assays in accordance with approved Procedures. Compile data, analyze, and summarize results. Troubleshoot assays, as required. Complete instrument and lab maintenance per schedule. Perform an inventory of testing materials and order as needed. Work closely with the team to complete required testing per schedule. Complete transactions in ERP system, including results recording. Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional groups. Train per SOP/WI. Revise/Update QC Procedures and Work Instructions. Maintain complete and accurate documentation upholding Good Documentation Practices. Maintain 5s and uphold a safe work environment.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Performs basic pH, conductivity, particle, finished goods, shelf life, stability and pre-purchase/pre-qualification testing using pH meters, conductivity meters, electrophoresis, western blotting and Elisa techniques.
  • Performs QC functional Assays
  • Requisitions materials.

What You Bring:

  • Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Process and Good Laboratory Practices.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Associates Degree or college level course work in assigned technical discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years production or clinical laboratory experience, QC inspection experience preferred

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $23.26 -32.01 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
