Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
We are a family owned business with over 1000 customers throughout the glove. We have tons of inventory and sell roughly 5M products a year. You are guaranteed to recognize some of our products in the stores!
· Overseeing and managing the general accounting operations
· Weekly/Bi-weekly financials
· Responsible for timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly closings
· Oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations.
· Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare accurate reports for management.
· Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
· Manage the budgeting process and monitor expenses.
· Provide guidance to the finance team and assist in their professional development.
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize financial performance.
· Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal controls and procedures.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to financial management.
· Other duties and projects as assigned.
