Job Description:
Working in an indoor metal processing plant, this company is looking for specific experience only. Grade and sort metals based on composition, assess customer deliveries, Logs customer transactions and sales in scrap reporting system (State of Ohio), Processes cash transactions with customers, create packing list/bill of lading for materials being shipped out. Lots of room to build new skills and advance in the company. Locally owned company in business in Columbus since the 1960’s.
Requirements:
- Hard worker, and team player
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors throughout the year
- Lifting 50 lbs comfortably
- Heavy Equipment operation experience
- 2+ years’ experience in scrap yard (or related experience)
