Managing Director Monroe County, NY Position Summary The Managing Director leads three core objectives: 1) Financial revitalization; 2) Strengthening foundational elements; 3) Driving sustainable growth. Key Functions & Responsibilities of the Managing Director: Reporting to the Board, the Managing Director oversees: Leadership across company functions. Operational execution and strategic initiatives. Compliance with standards and regulations. Vendor and client relations. Strategic planning and budgeting. Upholding ethical standards and stakeholder relations. Required Experience, Skills, & Abilities of the Managing Director: 10 years of leadership experience in tier 1 or 2 automotive manufacturing. Solid educational background (Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, technology or business administration) and relevant work experience in operations, process engineering and preferably launch of new programs. Expert in Plastic Injection Molding (non-negotiable). Proficiency in quality management standards and ERP systems. International collaboration experience. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
