Job Title: Field Sales Representative Location: Auburn, WA - Onsite Only Shift: M/F - 9am/5:30pm (9am/3:30pm Friday's only) Status: Full-time Base Pay: $22-$27 starting DOE Commission: Will be implemented after 90 day(s) Job Description: Field Sales Representative - seeking an experienced sales professional who excels at maintaining a pipeline of prospective accounts, closing sales, and maintaining both internal and external customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a quick study with the ability to sell to our exterior and interior signage manufacturing capabilities. This candidate will also be adept at working with our design, project management and operations teams to ensure a superior customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers to promote and identify potential new opportunities Maintain an active prospect pipeline which fuels continued growth and aligns with company sales strategy Be a consultant to our customers in the field and help them to realize their business promotion goals through creative sign packages Prepare presentations and proposals that exceed customer expectations and separate Signs Plus from its competition Be the driving force for an excellent customer experience Prepare reports and documentation as required Meet monthly and annual sales objectives as assigned All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of successful sign sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Ability to travel and meet customers in the field, in office and on job sites. Overnight travel may be required. Proficiency with CRM and Hubspot programs. College student(s) with a passion for sales and building relationships will be considered.
