We are growing in the Columbus, OH area and have an opportunity for an *Office Manager *to join our team. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative function and activities of the office.



*Your responsibilities in this role:*

1. Answering phones and directing as necessary

2. Managing Communication Channels (E-mail lists)

3. Travel Assistance/Executive Assistance

4. Organize and manage office events and holiday festivities

5. Contract routing and support

6. Collection calls

7. Provide administrative support to the Finance organization

8. Track and supervise inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed

9. Facilitate office equipment maintenance

10. Perform additional duties as directed by LRT’s executive team



What you need to qualify:

· Two or more years’ experience in an administrative or similar role. Experience at a construction company is ideal, but not required.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Microsoft applications, multitasking skills, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to be a self-starter are required.

· People skills and attention to detail are a must.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
