IT Support Technician

Aegis is partnered with a manufacturer in the Jonesboro area looking to add an IT Support Technician to their 1st shift team! This is a direct hire, onsite position with a full host of benefits including PTO, pension, and advancement opportunity. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handling IT tickets 
• Handle basic IT issues with keyboards, mice, printers, PCs, etc. 
• Customer service - forward facing to employees. 
• Computer repairs & upgrades.
• Handle Manufacturing IT issues such as PLC networks. 

Requirements: 

• 1+ YOE in an IT support role OR a 2-year degree in IT. Open to new grads. 
• Certificates highly preferred - Networking, A+, etc. 
• Some manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
