Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, attract guests, and drive revenue. This role involves creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive occupancy rates.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and print media.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional packages and special offers to attract guests and increase bookings.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize marketing efforts and optimize ROI.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality marketing to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
  • Coordinate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Train and supervise the marketing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in team management and leadership roles is desirable.
