The The Verve & Hampton Inn Natick is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the overall leadership and administration of human resources policies, programs and practices including employee relations, benefits, payroll processing, recruitment, orientation, and onboarding of new hires for both properties along with Skybokx 109 Sports Grill & Bar.

Pay: $80,000 per year

The ideal candidate for this position

Will create and deliver an exceptional team member experience and best place to work. The Human Resources Manager will be directly responsible for contributing to the achievement of ensuring outstanding guest service, team member engagement, culture, and human resources operations.

What you will be doing

  • Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties including payroll.
  • Communicating clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating Team Member Engagement initiatives.
  • Leading the Safety Program.
  • Assists in training and development.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources including but not exclusive to recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development, staff retention, benefits administration, and payroll management.
  • Knowledge of government labor regulations and knowledge of budget preparation and cost controls.
  • Hospitality experience is most desirable.
