We are looking for an Automotive Service Cashier to join our team! 

The Service Cashier also has many responsibilities that affect the dealership’s service department’s efficiency and bottom line..

As a Service Cashier you will:

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers and record the amount received.
• Verify the accuracy of the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system and closed paid tickets.
• Direct customers who have additional questions or concerns to their Service Advisor or other appropriate individual.
• Confirm Customer data and update as necessary ( Phone, Address, email)
• Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verifies against cash-on-hand.
• File and scan repair orders and other dealership documents.
• Other Clerical functions assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude is a must
• Customer Service needs to be a Priority
• Need to be responsible and organized, and have good communication skills.
• Punctuality is required
• Must be able to multitask

Pay is $10 -$12 Hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
