HEART OF THE ROCKIES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Surgical RN Needed work 13 weeks in beautful Salida, CO *Must have Ortho Experience and Minimum of 5 years OR experience.The Upper Arkansas Valley is an outdoor recreational dream. Since six of every seven acres is designated public lands, the Valley is the perfect location for hiking, biking, horseback riding, trail running, rock climbing, boating, fishing and hunting. In the winter there are designated snowmobile routes and backcountry skiing. Monarch Ski & Snowboard Area is just 18 miles west of Salida. The Arkansas River is known for its world-class trout fishery, kayaking, and whitewater rafting.SHIFT : 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday weekday and weekend call coverageCALL: 1 weekend per schedule (usually 8 week schedule) and 1 evening per week (15:00-06:30am) Holiday coverage requirements-July 4th or Memorial day weekendCERTS/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS: Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or compact stateMust maintain current CPR certification.Must maintain current ACLS certification.Must maintain current PALS or PEARS.
