Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred.
11pm -7am Thursday-Saturady Every other Wednesday. One week you will get 4 days (Wednesday-Saturday) other week you will get 3 days (Thursday-Saturday).

Compensation:$12.50 - $13 yearly
Responsibilities:- Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
- Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
- Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required
- Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
- You will have to put laundry away at night and you will need to fold it
- Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
- Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
- Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
- Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
- Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
- Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
- Flexible overnight hours are required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
