Well Experienced Caregiver Evenings and Overnights

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services in Atlanta/Buckhead is seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join our team for evenings and overnight shifts in CONYERS, Georgia. As a Part Time Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families, while also gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This individual contributor position offers a competitive hourly wage of $13 to $16 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we provide ongoing training and support, as well as opportunities for career growth within our franchise.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and assistance to seniors, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate parties
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably working with seniors
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to handle potentially stressful situations
• Willingness to work evenings and overnight shifts
