Mixer I - Day Shift

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR MIXER

As a Mixer, you are crucial to producing quality, detailed and complex high-value recipes. You will handle the measuring, loading, and blending of our quality ingredients into the blending equipment, while using advanced batch automation systems to create the finished products.

Our mixers use data systems to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability-and use scanners to ensure the oldest ingredients are mixed first (FIFO). You hold yourself accountable for adhering to strict allergen guidelines, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and meeting quality requirements.

You are self-motivated and work with minimal supervision. Safety, attention to detail, and accuracy are a high priority. Your knack for communicating effectively is essential to establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR MIXER

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly preferred
• 0-3 years experience
• Ability to use computer-based batch automation technology
• Detail orientated, self-motivated, focused and autonomous
• Frequently lift up to 55 lbs. independently
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
