  • Position: Branch Manager
  • Hours: Full-Time
  • Workdays: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
  • Pay: $ 49k-$54k (Plus Commission)
  • Start Date: ASAP

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Generate new business through outside sales.
  • Manage a team of 1-2 FTEs to operationalize the branch business.
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Re-engage inactive clients.
  • Create and present quotes to prospective customers while considering target margins and other business factors.
  • Managing and growing client accounts by:
    • performing site visits
    • troubleshooting challenges
    • maintaining multiple levels of communication and contact with client representatives, and
    • ensuring associate success through engagement and understanding of client needs
  • Oversee and manage branch billing, accounts receivable, and collections as outlined in the company credit and collections policy.
  • Manage and analyze profit and loss statements for the branch to maximize profitability and minimize cost.
  • Manage the processes of worker dispatch, payroll, and customer invoicing, assisting as necessary.
  • Actively promote community awareness of Labor Finders services.
  • Other related duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience is highly preferred
  • 2 or more years of experience at a staffing firm is a plus (not a requirement)
  • 3 years of office experience
  • Profit and loss proficiency and collections experience a plus
  • Pass a Pre-employment background screen
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong networking skills (online as well as in-person)
  • Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, CRM, ATS, etc.
