Meridian HealthCare is looking to hire a full-time or part-time MALE Drug Screen Collector to work in our outpatient treatment program rotating between our Warren and our Youngstown offices. This position requires a MALE due to male observed drug screens. The primary hours for this position are 5:30 am - 1 pm as a full-time screener with a potential modified schedule for part-time. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A DRUG SCREENER

We currently have day turn hours available, working on a Saturday rotation, with an occasional evening shift.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DRUG SCREENER

  • Monitors and collects urine specimens for drug testing.
  • Collects specimens of hair and saliva for drug collection and processing.
  • Performs Breath Alcohol Testing
  • Enters patient information and data into computer.
  • Maintains records and logs of all specimen tests obtained and processed.
  • Orders supplies, maintains inventories and stocks of lab prep area.
  • Maintains a clean work environment.
  • Assists the Medical Department as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR DRUG SCREENER

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Computer skills required
  • Knowledge of Chemical Dependency preferred
