Stirling Honda is seeking an Office Manager Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in overseeing the financial and accounting system and accounting personnel
- Assist in managing daily operations of the accounts receivable and accounts payable
Verify vehicle titling and vehicle sales documents are processed correctly
Balance all schedules and journals for financial statement
Pay and post a variety of bills and account documents
Assist in reviewing all financial statements and ledgers and work with accounting staff to clear any discrepancies
Assist in balancing and preparing all taxes and filing forms with the government
Assist in ensuring HR Training is completed
Assist in processing monthly and salaried payrolls
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of accounting and payroll experience required
- Strong communications, customer service, leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical ability
- High school diploma is necessary; college or advanced degree preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver license required
- Honda franchise accounting/Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
BENEFITS
- Full-time position
- $23.00 per hour
- Monday thru Friday - 8am to 5pm (one hour lunch)
- Health and dental benefits after 60 days, 401k after one year
- Up to 6 paid holidays per year (Holiday pay only if holiday falls on scheduled work day)
- Paid vacation - one week after 1year, 2 weeks after 3 years and 3 weeks after 10 years
