Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary:
As an Automotive Sales Associate at Berglund Of Bedford, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary in the auto industry. Located in Bedford, Virginia, this position requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $25,000 to $50,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, employees may be eligible for bonuses and incentives based on performance. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them through the sales process
• Provide product information and conduct vehicle demonstrations
• Assist with test drives and follow up with customers afterwards
• Negotiate and close sales in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to reach sales goals

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Familiarity with basic computer and office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
