Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Supports Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement
Key Functions:
Generates Daily, Weekly and Monthly manufacturing reports/matrix
Manages Maintenance Work Order system
Controls Process Deviation process and number system
Creates, Updates and Maintains, flow charts/decision trees, visual procedures, written procedures including distribution and posting in area and or on computer system.
Supports Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Maintenance and Procurement departments as necessary
Generates and takes meeting minutes, notes and documents discussions as necessary. Quality Improvement Team etc.
Key Requirements:
Must have High School diploma or equivalence
Must be detailed oriented
Knowledge and experience with best practice manufacturing methods, lean, 5s, quality, and procedures preferred.
Must have experience MS Office software systems including Excel and Word.
Procedure writing using Digital pictures, Tables, and diagrams etc.
Document control experience in manufacturing environment preferred
