Dealer Trade/Wholesale Biller

The Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Full Time Inventory Admin in the Matteson Accounting Office. This position will process used wholesale and dealer trade paperwork for multiple locations. We can't wait to add the right person to our team!

Job responsibilities

• Process wholesale paperwork on a daily basis.
• Process dealertrade paperwork on a daily basis.
• Stock in all new vehicles in the GL.
• Receipt checks and ACH payments for wholesales.
• Prepare titles.
• Reconcile receivable, payment, and intercompany schedules.
• Work closely with management to resolve discrepancies.
• Stock in Used Vehicles and prepare check payments.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma required. The ideal candidate must have good communication and organizational skills. Effective time management and prioritization are also essential to success in this role. Dealership experience is a substantial plus, but not required for consideration.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
