Job Description
LHH has partnered with an incredible and prestigious nonprofit organization in Anne Arundel County to identify a Bookkeeper! This individual is responsible for accounting operations and reconciliations and will be involved with grants and the budgeting process!
Job Responsibilities:
Enter and code accounts payable invoices.
Perform accounts receivable by applying incoming funds to accounts, producing A/R reports, and performing account reconciliations.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Perform general ledger analysis and reconciliations.
Review grant disbursements and prepare grant reports.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Assist with audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred.
1+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a nonprofit setting.
Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
