Experienced Nanny / Sitter for a gentle hearted toddler

Hello! Right now we are outweighing options for Sept 2024 (possibly could change to be earlier) fora nanny to join our family.Our daughter is very schedule oriented so a schedule would be given to follow, but activities within those play times are flexible. We are hoping to find a nanny that is trustworthy, experienced with toddler age, and someone with a positive attitude. We would like for our nanny to watch our daughter on Monday&Fridays from 7A-12p (Our remote working days) and Tuesday-Thur from 630-3p. We would have a set pay for our nanny, federal days off- with pay, 1 week of paid vacation to correspond with our summer vacation:) - Other Duties Needed: Letting our dogs out in their fenced in area, light cleaning sweeping & just cleaning up after yourself for lunches stuff like that.
