What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with local businesses
• Visit potential customers and introduce our products
• Follow up on leads and existing customers
• Prepare quotes and help customers place orders
• Learn about custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, and promotional products
• Work toward monthly sales goals with the support of our team

What We’re Looking For

• No experience required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• $2,000/month base salary
• Unlimited commission
• Paid training
• Growth opportunities

Our training program is designed to help our sales reps earn $75,000 to $125,000+ per year as they grow their customer base.

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We expect you to show up, work hard, stay coachable, and keep improving. We’ll provide the training and support to help you reach your goals.
