Screen Printer Needed 🎨👕 - Now Hiring

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our growing team at SOFiLU – Merch Your Crew.

This is a hands-on role focused on screen printing production and supporting day-to-day shop operations.

• Set up and break down screens (coating, burning, washing)
• Operate manual and/or automatic presses (load, print, unload)
• Mix inks and assist with color matching
• Align screens and ensure clean, consistent prints
• Maintain a clean, organized production area
• Assist with shop tasks (packing orders, staging garments, etc.)

• Screen printing experience preferred (we can train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail (registration, alignment, print quality)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Able to lift 40+ lbs occasionally

Details:

• Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 20-30 hrs/week).

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
