Flexible Hours

Schedule flexibility is very important to us at Owings Mills Square.  You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.  You will have the ability to request off for all needed reasons in your life.

Closed Sundays

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills.  Full time non driver employees can accrue vacation time starting on day one.  All team members 18 and older will accrue sick time up to 40 hours.  Food is provided for employees during their breaks and all uniforms, including shoes, are provided at no cost . Health insurance benefits for full time employees.

No Experience Is Necessary

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Required qualifications:

• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures

Preferred qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
