Delivery Driver

Come join our Delivery Team at Chick-fil-A of Owings Mills Square! We are seeking full and part time candidates who are energetic, have great people skills, and a sense for safety who can take Chick-fil-A's excellent customer service on the road. Drivers should be prompt, professional, and do their best to maintain Chick-fil-A's high standard of guest satisfaction at all times.

Primary Duties

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times.
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times

• Complete Chick-fil-A Driver Training Course and Submit to driving record and background check
•  
• Abide by Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance standards
•  
• Expected to perform other duties when there is a lull in deliveries

Requirements:

• At least 3 years driving experience
• Valid state issued driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Working smartphone with data plan and ability to download delivery app
• Positive attitude.
• Past delivery experience preferred but not required

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
• Background check
• Valid driver's license
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures

Preferred qualifications:

• Available to work: weekends
