**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers. The Employment Specialist will also provide guidance to job seekers and employers regarding employment opportunities and workforce trends.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience

- Utilize various recruitment platforms

- Manage employee evaluation processes

- Provide support in training development and customized orientations for new hires

- Utilize social media management tools to enhance recruitment efforts

- Support human resources functions as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or relevant job experience

- Proven work experience as an Employment Specialist or similar role

- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Strong understanding of techniques in recruitment

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
