OBGYN Physician - Laborist Coverage, Back-Up Call Only - $500K Earnings

Join an established OB/GYN group within an award winning health system in Northeast Arkansas. This role combines a four day workweek, dedicated operating room time, and production based earning potential with a 24/7 in house laborist team handling primary OB/GYN duties and deliveries, leaving you with backup call only.

• Four Day Workweek: Structure your week around 2 clinic days and 2 operating room days.
• Backup Call Only: Participate in a 1:5 backup call rotation while in house laborists cover primary OB/GYN duties and deliveries around the clock.
• Established Group: Join 5 OB/GYNs and 1 GYN physician in a thriving practice.
• Dedicated Clinical Support: Practice in a modern clinic across the street from the hospital, with ample exam rooms, NST rooms, and 3 dedicated ultrasound suites staffed by ultrasound technicians.
• Balanced Daily Volume: See 20 to 25 patients per full clinic day and perform 3 to 5 surgical cases per OR day.
• Comprehensive Hospital Resources: Access a dedicated 4 bed OB emergency department, 2 OR suites on the Labor and Delivery floor, and a 19 bed Level IIIA NICU.
• Additional Support: Work with in house OB anesthesiology and advanced practice providers, with support for VBAC and TOLAC and PerryGen centralized fetal monitoring.

• 400,000 guaranteed base salary plus production from day one
