(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time DAY Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business in the Quad Cities Area position in the Quad Cities, IA. Traveling to IA job sites.

Must have previous Supervisor experience.

• Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Employer will do a background check.
• EOE
• Position M-F with possible weekends.
• Starting Time 8:00 am-4-5 hours daily
• Up to 20-25 hours per week. Occasionally up to 25 hours.
• Up to $16.00 per hour

Job Skills/Requirements

Duties:

• Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
• Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
• Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
• Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, Customer Concierge & other key Team Members.
• Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
• Inspections
• Equipment & Supply Maintenance
• Document Reports
