Penmac Staffing is now currently hiring for a Maintenance Tech for a local company. The ideal candidate must have experience in performing maintenance in an industrial setting. The candidate must be detailed in all tasks assigned and follow all safety protocols. This position will be a rotation schedule of working 3 days a week then 4 the following, including weekends. The average starting pay could be $16.00 but will depend on experience.

Duties:

Perform daily preventive maintenance on all equipment and plant facilities
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust as needed
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance as needed
Perform all duties assigned as needed in a timely manner

Requirements:

4 + years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience & HVAC. Vacuum furnace experience is preferred
Must be able to communicate and write effectively
Must comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area
Must submit to a background check and drug screen
