Now Hiring Shift Leads! A Shift Leader has the overall responsibility of supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant, and for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting and supporting the General Manager in meeting store goals, including covering for the General Managers days off
Assists in driving operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team
Assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement.
Maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and Wingstop
SOP
Assure that all food is handled, prepared, and served in accordance with Wingstops SOP.
Engage in professional conversation with customers to assure that their satisfaction is met.
Address all HR matters that occur during your shift in accordance with the companys polices
Complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
Perform daily tasks including but not limited to chicken counts, Figure 8, Position assignments, position task
completions, Open workflow, Cash draw deposits, and Closing workflow.
Must be willing to assist all other positions when necessary
Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
Must be able to open and close shifts as needed
Prefer some experience using a computer and register (POS) system

This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 50
pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
