Responsibilities + Duties:
Follow recipes to prepare our Craveably Crafted™ food
Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly
Follow good time management practices to prep or cook each food item within the expected ticket time
Prepare items with high standards of food quality
Understand the spec sizes, taste and visual expectations of all items
Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly
Conduct industry best safety and sanitation practices
Maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and removing the trash
Practice stellar communication with all coworkers during high-intensity shifts
Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Qualifications + Skills:
BOH restaurant experience preferred
Fun and friendly
Courteous and professional with guests, coworkers, and vendors.
Coachable with ability to apply feedback
Strong communicator and active listener
Able to work nights and weekends
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
