RSC is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our Youngstown, Ohio team. In this role, you'll safely deliver products to our customers while also supporting warehouse operations when needed.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a non-CDL commercial vehicle for customer deliveries
• Deliver products and materials accurately and on time
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load and unload products while ensuring cargo is properly secured
• Maintain accurate delivery, inspection, and work records
• Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and team members
• Assist with warehouse responsibilities, including receiving, picking, staging, and shipping
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
