Popeye’s is hiring Restaurant Shift Managers who will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
• Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance.
• Personally, demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Complete daily paperwork to reconcile sales.
• Training new employees in all aspects of the operation.
• Scheduling employees.
• Ordering food products for the store.

Requirements

• Store Managers must have basic knowledge of Excel data entry and an understanding of web browsers to complete hiring and training duties.
