CFA Delivery Driver

 

Purpose:

The CFA Delivery Driver ensures quality food is delivered to the guest in a timely manner while exhibiting Chick-Fil-A Hospitality. This position works closely with the CFA Delivery Dispatcher to ensure excellence in this area of the business.

 

Requirements:

• 18+


• Valid driver’s license


• Ability to work at least 20 hrs/wk


• Has at least a high school diploma


• Ability to complete Delivery Driver onboarding and Pathway training


• Great attitude


• Leadership approval

 

Skills:

• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the CFA Delivery system (Bringg App, DigitalQ App)


• Able to multitask and make reasonable decisions quickly, including troubleshooting common delivery issues.


• Well organized and attentive.


• Ability to quickly learn routing and make appropriate decisions with traffic delays.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Extending the Core 4 and 2nd Mile Service beyond the Restaurant
  
  
  
  • Show the same hospitality as we would at the store to the guest’s location
  
  
  
  


• Comply with all the Delivery Driver guidelines as stated in the Delivery Driver packet


• Help differentiate Chick-fil-A from others in the delivery market


• Represents the restaurant by being presentable (uniform compliant), efficient and friendly


• Good driving record


• Maintain safety and environment awareness


• Ensure all products are bagged for safe transport before leaving the store
  
  
  
  • include all condiments, utensils and paper goods per requested from our guests
  
  
  
  


• Delivering food with freshness and quality in a timely manner

• Follow all traffic laws and maintain safety awareness while driving as well


• Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized


• Assist in restaurant operations when not on a delivery
