Shift Manager - Full-time

The Shift Manager has the overall responsibility for:

* Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)

* Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance

* Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority

* Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders

* Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations
